The FT041A watches your pool so you do not have to: a solar-powered IPX8 floating sensor transmits water temperature (-40 to 60 °C) to the indoor receiver, which also shows room temperature. Solar power means no battery changes and no maintenance.

Can the sensor really stay in the water?

Yes. The pool sensor is rated IPX8 — the highest waterproof grade — designed to float and work fully submersed over long periods.

How many sensors can the receiver pair?

Up to 8 sensors on channels CH1–CH8, so pool, spa and fish pond can be monitored separately with one-key switching.

What are the default alarm values?

CH1: high 38 °C / low 15 °C; CH2: high 43 °C / low 32 °C. Both are adjustable for your needs.

Does the solar panel charge the batteries?

The solar panel assists power to reduce battery drain and extend service life; it is not a full charger for the AAA cells.

How far does the sensor transmit?

Up to 100 m (300 ft) in open air at 433 MHz, about 30 m through typical walls, refreshing every 60 seconds.
