FAQ
Which WiFi platform does the weather station upload to?
The user manual refers to a separate WiFi guide for the upload platform. The console supports 802.11 b/g/n 2.4 GHz and pairs to a standard home router; please confirm the exact target platform with the seller before deployment.
Does the 7-in-1 outdoor sensor need assembly?
No. Temperature, humidity, wind vane, wind cups, rain collector, UV sensor and sunlight sensor are all integrated into a single housing. The only assembly is the mounting pole, foot and bracket, which takes about 10 minutes.
Can the solar panel charge the batteries?
The solar panel is auxiliary — it extends battery life by reducing discharge cycles, but does not actively charge the AA cells. Use lithium AA cells in cold regions (below -20 ��C) for best endurance.
How far does the sensor transmit to the console?
Up to 100 m in open air at 433 MHz, about 30 m through typical building walls. The outdoor sensor refreshes every 16 seconds.
Can it be used in the southern hemisphere?
Yes. The wind vane has a northern / southern hemisphere calibration switch in the settings menu; set it correctly for accurate wind direction.
What is in the box?
Display console, 7-in-1 outdoor transmitter, foot mounting, bracket back plate, mounting pole, M3 and M5 pole mounting hardware, tapping screws, user manual, 5.9 V power adapter. Batteries are not included.
