USB cold-chain logger
The HT-80 is a USB temperature and humidity data logger built around the Sensirion SHT40 digital sensor. It records ambient temperature and humidity at intervals from one second up to 24 hours, keeps up to 35,000 readings in onboard memory, and writes a complete PDF report by itself the moment it is plugged into a computer — no software installation, no driver. Typical accuracy is ±0.5 °C and ±3 % at 25 °C with 0.1 °C / 0.1 %RH resolution, which makes the readings usable for acceptance records, cold-chain documentation and long-term climate monitoring.

FAQ
How do I read the recorded data?
Plug the logger into a computer's USB port. The green LED lights for 5 seconds and then flashes while the PDF report is being generated; when it goes out, a new removable drive has appeared. Open it and copy the PDF — it opens in Acrobat Reader, a browser or any standard PDF reader.
Do I need to install software?
No. The PDF report is generated by the logger itself. Software is only needed to change the recording settings — copy the APP file from the device to your computer once, then use it to set the unit, the alarm limits, the interval, the startup delay and the file name.
How many readings can it store, and what happens when it is full?
The logger holds 35,000 records. Starting a new recording session erases all previously saved data, so download and save the current report before starting a new session.
What does the LED tell me?
Green for 5 seconds on power-up, then a flash every 3 seconds three times, after which the startup delay runs and recording begins. Red lights when the logger is switched off. If the battery drops below 2.4 V, the red LED flashes and recording stops until the battery is replaced.
Can I use it in a freezer or outdoors in winter?
The measurement range is -40–70 °C. For environments below -20 °C, use a battery rated for -40 °C operation; a standard CR2032 may not deliver current at extreme low temperature.
