At NicetyMeter, every order is shipped with a tracked, battery-certified registered service. Below you'll find everything about where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to 30 countries and regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Greece, Luxembourg, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with your tracking number when your order has shipped.

- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local holidays, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged by the actual weight of your parcel, not by a flat worldwide rate and not baked into the product price. A 150 g multimeter and a 3 kg weather station cost us very differently to ship, so each destination carries its own weight-banded tariff — and you only pay for the parcel in front of you.
- Chargeable weight is the greater of your parcel's actual weight and its volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 8000) — exactly how our carrier bills us.
- Rate basis: the carrier's published tariff for battery-certified registered air service with door-to-door tracking, converted to USD. A small handling buffer for currency movement is included.
- No minimum order and no free-shipping threshold: light orders no longer subsidise heavy ones, and nothing is padded into the unit price.
- The exact amount for your basket — including multi-item combined weight — is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number. You can track your package anytime on our Track My Order page or at 17track.net.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- European Union: VAT is collected at checkout and remitted via our IOSS registration — no additional charges on delivery for orders up to €150.
- United Kingdom: In compliance with UK customs regulations for B2C imports, the declared value of each order must be under £135 (approx. $168). Orders above this threshold cannot be shipped with our standard service — please contact us before ordering and we will arrange commercial express shipping or split your order.
- United States: In compliance with US customs regulations, the declared value of each shipment must be under $248 (per recipient per day). Import charges are prepaid by us — no additional charges on delivery. If your order exceeds this threshold, please contact us before ordering and we will arrange commercial express shipping or split your order.
- Other destinations: Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Delivery Notes & Remote Areas
- United States: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or APO/FPO military addresses.
- Germany & France: P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
- Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Israel: Some addresses are served via local pickup points instead of home delivery; you will be notified by SMS/email when your package is ready for collection.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees or additional costs to reship the item.
