Secure payments by card, PayPal, and bank transfer — fast checkout, trusted protection.

At NicetyMeter®, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and secure as possible. We offer a variety of payment options to accommodate our global customers.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We support the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • PayPal: You can securely pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit card through PayPal.
  • Express Checkout: One-tap checkout with PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices.
  • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer (T/T): Available for corporate and bulk orders with a minimum order value of USD 200. Select T/T Payment at checkout to view our bank account details, or contact our sales team. After sending your transfer, upload your payment receipt and enter your sending account name. Once the transfer is verified, your order is released for shipment and you can track it online at any time. Orders over USD 500 receive a 2% bank transfer discount with code BANK2.

2. Checkout & Billing

  • Currency: You can browse and check out in multiple currencies. The final settlement will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Invoicing: An electronic invoice/receipt will be sent to your registered email address immediately after a successful transaction.

3. Security & Privacy

Your payment security is our top priority.

  • Secure Checkout: All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols to protect your personal and financial information.
  • Trusted Processors: We partner with leading, secure third-party payment processors (such as PayPal). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. International Orders, Taxes & Duties

  • EU orders up to EUR 150 (IOSS): For consumer orders shipped to the European Union with a total consignment value of EUR 150 or less, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout at your destination country's rate and remitted by us under our IOSS registration IM5280002556. No additional import VAT is due on delivery.
  • EU orders over EUR 150: IOSS does not apply. Import VAT and any customs duties are payable by the recipient on delivery.
  • Orders outside the EU: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their destination country.
  • Delays: NicetyMeter® is not responsible for delays due to customs processes.

5. Refunds & Payment Issues

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Timeframe: Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Payment Failures: If your payment is declined, please check your billing information, ensure sufficient funds, or contact your bank for authorization.

6. Business Orders & Bulk Payments

For corporate accounts, distributors, or bulk purchasers, we offer flexible invoicing and wire transfer options. Please contact our business support team for personalized assistance and potential bulk discounts.

Bank transfer terms: minimum order value USD 200. Orders over USD 500 qualify for a 2% discount with code BANK2, applied at checkout.
